Terms of Service:

Paypal and CashApp are the only payment options I will be accepting for the time being. Always adhere to the price setlist I have provided. Any additional changes will depend on the number of characters in the art piece or the addition of a background/lack of background (only applicable on the MS Paint and My Style art pieces). Failure to do so will result in me denying my services.

Art pieces will take somewhere around 2 weeks after the initial payment has been made. Rough Sketches are shown first to clients before the full drawing can be finished. Clients can request some changes made to the sketch before the final drawing is completed. Payment is made upfront before the sketch can be finished. If somehow I failed to complete the drawing within 2 weeks (unless I become sick or have a family emergency), the money will be refunded.

1) All Commissions included sketch pic, a pic with only flat colors, can also be turned into a poster for an extra $25. +20 USD per extra character. small revisions during the sketch phase are free, anything past the sketch Phase that is not color correction will cost an extra $5. Alt's will also Cost $5, If you would like the image Slightly animated that will be an extra $20.

2) Posting your commission to my accounts is something I do if I want to. I DO NOT have to post your commission and you cannot demand me to do so. Nitpicking and/or annoying me too much will make me refuse ALL future and commission from you. Barking orders will result in the same, and any unnecessary frustration can result in immediate stopping of the commission and a refund of the value of the work I have not completed.

Work method

-Payment upfront before to start to work

- Once the sketch is approved, I don't do more changes, because that means modify the lineart o modify a significant advance of the work (In case you want a change, the cost depends on the complexity)

- In case of cancellation, I do parcial devolution based on the progress of the commission. (I'm not responsable for paypal charges)

Copyright:

I can (or not), publish the drawing and it's process in any of my networks, either sketch stage or final illustration, unless the client specifies me from the beginning they doesn't want me to publish the drawing for which they paid. If they haven't specified this from the beginning, I'm not obliged to delete any publication.

Rights of use:

The customer has the right to use the drawing for recreational purposes only. You can't use my work for profit or resale.

I am willing to work on individual art pieces that have humans, furries, and are used for commercial reasons. Backgrounds are available, like the one below, however the price range varies greatly depending on the complexity.

Suggestive 16+ art pieces I will do, but NSFW or fetish art is off limits.

Additional Terms and Conditions

- My works are for personal use only. Speak with me if you'd like to use my work commercially

- All payments are final (I don't do refunds)

- I will not move forward until you have approved the sketch

- If you do not respond within three days (or 72 hours) of me sending the sketch then I will proceed with the next commission in my queue.

- Once the sketch has been approved the final pose can not be changed

- Further edits after the line art and shading stages can be made, but a small fee will be applied if the commission extends past the allotted time. (I will let you know ahead of time)

- Please do not claim my work as your own

- Credit me if you do repost my work (leave a link to my twitter, at least)

- Please do not alter or trace my work without my say so (small edits like cropping the image for icons or profile pictures, is okay)

- I will not draw in the style of another artist.

- Do not make NFTS of my work
