Terms of Service:

-Payment in U$D via Paypal or Deviantart points.

-Price may change depending on complexity.

-This commissions are for personal use. No merchandising can be made with my art.

-I will accept modifications during sketch and lineart, I will accept modifications in color process only if the color is the one to be modified.

-I will start with the sketch of your commission once the payment is made, you can pay the half even before the start of the lineart process. Once the sketch is finished, the full price must be paid for the lineart process.

-I will only allow up to 3 modifications free of charge for each stage (3 per sketch, 3 per lineart and 3 per color), from the fourth modification onwards a cost of U$D5 will be added.

-No refunds will be given once the work is started.

-You can repost your commission as long as you give me the credits for the work.

-I will not accept the use of fonts like Helvetica, Futura, Caslon or other fonts with expensive licenses, ask me about what family font I accept. I also have family fonts with japanese, chinese and other oriental languages.

-All commissions will be signed under the name of GSMinerva or Ground Spirit Minerva without exception.

-Once you order your commission you will be automatically agree with these terms of service.

Hello, I'm Maddoxile, a freelance furry artist, and I am open for commissions!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I WILL draw: 

• Male/non-binary characters 
• Any furry species
• OCs
• Fan art 

I WON’T draw:

• Female furries (still working on it!)
• Humans
• Avian species
• Mecha 
• Backgrounds (for now)
• NSFW (vore, fetish, any kink art)

EXCEPTIONS

Sometimes, I will favor a request regardless of the restrictions, this however, comes with a custom price. This is non-negotiable, so please be certain with that in mind when you want to commission me. 

EXTRA PAYMENTS

The corresponding surcharge will be determined privately.

What can you do with the drawing?

1. As a client you have my permission to publish the final drawing that you bought, as long as you do not remove the watermark/credit written in the drawing.
2. During the process of the commission you will receive progress of the work once every two days (or how frequent you want it to be). 
3. Always remember: it may be your drawing, but you did not draw it. You may not claim my art as your own. You may, however, repost it with proper credit (@maddoxile).

What rights does the artist have?

1. I have the right to refuse to carry out any work or cancel a commission if the client behaves in an inappropriate, rude manner.
2. I have the right to cancel a commission in the event that this happens. You will be reimbursed the payment or percentage thereof, depending on the case.
3. I have the right to change the terms and conditions to commission me if I see it necessary.
4. I have the right to publish the final work on my page and/or social media platforms.

A down payment of 50% is required for me to start on your commission. This is non-negotiable.

Do not commission something if you want a completely different type of thing, I'm open for commission types that aren't available here but please make sure to contact me BEFORE purchasing if that's your case.

Commission terms

● No refunds, due to currency exchange.

● I will adjust the art however the client wants as long as it stays within it's type.

● Progress screenshots will be provided when asked.

● Time to complete the art can take from two days to two weeks depending on my availability and the complexity of the art itself.

● If an add-on was requested but not paid for it will not be added until its price is paid.

● You can request the image to be sent on a .zip file via discord or e-mail for better quality.
