I only do Humanoid character art. I have a variety of differently priced options, ranging from Chibis, to Full Body character art with up to 2 characters as well as with simple backgrounds for free. More detailed Backgrounds will cost 20 USD more. I also have different rendering options like Cell shading, Fully rendered in my style, Line art only, and base colors only.

- All orders are finished typically within 3-4 weeks.

- Once the art is complete, I send the finalized product to where ever it is easiest for you. (i.e. discord, twitter, email etc.)

- I have full rights to reproduce the art as seen fit (i.e. posting on twitter, instagram). All credit for the character design, character, or features will be given to the Client. Any alterations made to the final Commission (removing of signature, recoloring) are prohibited, unless the Artist gives written permission.

I'm officially open to work on commissions for the people of Newgrounds

My tiers are explained here:

Character Color:

No Color (Just the lineart) = $10

Monochromatic = $15

Flat Color = $20

Shading Color = $30

Full Color = $40

Background (BG):

No BG (Flat white) = + $1

Abstract BG = + $3

Transparent BG = + $5

Scenery BG Monochromatic = + $7

Scenery BG Full = + $10

(Every extra character will cost + $10 each)

The time of delivery can vary according to the complexity of the piece.

Process:

1- You can do a request for a art piece sending a PM to my Newgrounds user. I recommend you to be specific with your request: how many characters would you like me to draw, which characters you would like to have on the piece, what kind of coloring you want, what kind of background you want, if you have any preferences for color, clothing, shapes, details, objects to show up on the piece. Also you can ask any other question you may have; and I will answer them.

2- I will PM you through your Newgrounds user at the moment I accept your request, I will inform you about the full price of your piece and the estimated time of delivery according to the request. I also will link my Paypal account to the message where you can pay for the request. I will start working on your piece at the moment I receive your payment.

3- At the moment the piece is almost done I will send you through PM a full sizes preview of your piece so you can ask for a change of colors, or adding/editing details, looking to have the best result for you

4- After the changes are done, I will send you a last PM with the art piece fully finished and I'll upload it, as well, to my newgrounds art gallery; the credits for the request and the characters are completely yours. If you would like to be the uploader, I will ask you to give me the credits for the art, and leave a link to my NG user on the description.

If the piece is delivered, and you feel dissatisfied with the final result, I will provide you a full refund through Paypal.

4) After receiving the full payment, I will then finish the artwork 🙂 and send you the artwork after the deadline.

• All rights reserved
• Do not claim, copy, or edit my work in any way.

• The commissioned piece may be uploaded to my social media or in my portfolio (unless otherwise specified)
• I reserve the right to use any work I create in any way I see fit (E.g.. posting online for review, critique, or exhibition)
• The commissioner may also use the work as part of a reference sheet, or crop it for an icon if desired
• Credit must be given to me (@SeiKittea Art) when re-posting or using any of my art, do not imply that you or someone else did the work (You don't need to credit me everytime you repost it, but it is appreciated)

• All sales are final once payment has been received

• Extra charge may be added to your commission if you have an overly complex character, or want any extras

Revisions

• It is your responsibility to tell me everything I need to know in order to complete your commission
• I will ask questions if I feel the need to find out more information, it is your responsibility to give me correct information
• If you failed to inform me of a mistake or forgot, I will be happy to change it (within reason), but depending on the complexity or the amount of things that need fixing, there may be an additional cost.
• You must pay to make any complex changes, but I may not always be willing to accept them
• Revision costs are dependent on the amount of work it will take to complete it
