Pinup Commission Rates

1 – Pinup Basic Price – Lineart (No sexual activity, no background, "artistic nude" is fine)

• 46 € for each headshot character
• 69 € for each full figure character

2 – Background

- No background / Single Element (a wall, a chair, ecc...) = 0 € (No charge)

- Simple background (indoor/outdoor) = 46 €

- Complex background (indoor/outdoor, very detailed) = 73 €

3 – B/W/Greyscale or Color

- Solid Black = No charge

- B/W/Greyscale – 36 €

4 – Additional Features / Variations

"Additional Features" is used when the commissioner requests some additional features or details that can create a bigger working load (like particularly detailed armors or tattoos). “Variation” is used when a Variation of a single element of the commission is requested (like a “nude variation” of the character(s), or a different expression).

5 – Exclusivity: the piece will not be posted online by me or used in any published or printed work, like calendars or prints.

GENERAL NOTES (PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY)

- The piece will be 100 % digital. I work with a tablet, so I’ll not mail you the original piece because it doesn't exist. I will send an high-res image file to your email.

- No existing people. I will not draw real people's faces, including you. You can ask for "Captain Jack Sparrow", the character, but not for "Johnny Depp".

- You can request a commission to ganassa.commission@gmail.com. Please write what kind of commission you want (pinup commission or comics), which options do you choose (additional features, background, etc) and your idea. Be as clear and detailed as possible.

- A commission request will be ignored if you request: underage characters, scat or guro. Violence is OK.

- Payment method: full up front or 50 % - 50 %. First 50 % ahead and then 50 % at the delivery of the piece.

- After your payment I will send you a sketch. That is the only moment i will correct the commission, except for coloring errors or missing details.

- The rates are just a general guideline. Each commission is different so we will discuss the final price together.

TERMS:

• You must be 18+ in order to commission NSFW from me.
• You must provide references (characters, poses, outfits, etc.). Images are preferred but descriptions of what you want can also suffice, but will not be as accurate. Be as specific as possible!
• Commissions must be used for personal use only, unless it is part of a collaborative project or you plan on paying me proceeds.
• Use of commissions for blockchain technology is EXPLICITLY FORBIDDEN. If you do, I will ban you from further commissions AND you will be forced to pay me all proceeds from the sales of my art.

How long will my commission take?

Commissions might take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on the type of commission and complexity of the piece(s). 

Please feel free to message me any time to get updates about your commissions.

Please note that I only accept upfront payment or if you're not comfortable with that, half of the overall sum upfront, and the rest when it's finished is fine too. 

I will ask you to pay for your commission (half OR full) after I complete the sketch and made sure you are happy with it.

Refunds:

I can only offer refunds if I haven't started your commission or if I'm still in the sketch phase. Anything past the sketch phase CANNOT be accepted for refunds, so please keep that in mind.

I keep this rule in place to deter any timewasters and scammers from ordering commissions.

How can I use my commission after it is finished?

After a commission is complete, you are free to use it however you like, both commercial and personal use. 

All I ask is that you leave credit somewhere with my name and I always appreciate when someone spreads the word about my work.

When I finish a commission, I will always ask if it's ok to post it on social media, as I know some would like to keep their commissioned pieces private.

Price is depending on the complexity of the request. If it’s a simple design it will be cheaper, if it’s a detailed design it will be more up in price. There are also extra factors that can increase the price. Reference the extra’s list.

Extra Fees:

1. Additional characters: $15 each
2. Additional final piece changes: $5 each
3. Paypal fee: 5% of the final cost will be added to the price so it covers the amount PayPal takes away for transfer.

Payment must be payed upfront! If you can’t make the full payment upfront, I am willing to make a plan where you can pay it off with separate transactions. Once payment is made in full, I will then release the full piece to you.

Terms and Conditions:

1. I can refuse my service to you if I deem it necessary, such as if the request is higher than my skill level, I don’t like the content of the request, or if there is ill mannered behavior.
2. payment must be made up front
3. I will issue a refund to you if the rough drafts are unsatisfactory, my art style wasn’t what you expected, or if you need to put the money to something else at the moment.
4. Refund request must be submitted BEFORE I give you the final piece.
5. Full refunds will be issued before or during the first rough draft if submitted. if refund request is submitted after you will receive a partial refund.
6. If you are refunded, your art request will be omitted and you will be unable to receive the final piece.

I do digital artwork commissions. I focus a lot on drawing original character designs and backgrounds, having made my own characters and drawn backgrounds for a game I'm working on. I also do fanart as well.

I am currently opening four $30 slots of simple, fullbody subjects, complete with lineart and flat colors. Please refer to the link for more details. Your commission will look something like this.

i can do:

canon characters, ocs, light violence themes (like blood)

i won’t do:

complex furries, mechs/armor-heavy designs, nsfw, realism, anime*, detailed gore

*(i could technically draw anime characters, but they will be drawn accordingly- cartoony and within my limitations)

•  all payments are made through commiss.io, where you will list all your desired details of your commission!
• please include a thorough reference of the subject such as a turnaround, especially for ocs. let me know if you want the subject doing a specific pose or gesture! reference photos are greatly appreciated. currently i am only taking on one subject per commission.
• please allow some time for your commission to be finished. this will vary depending on things going on in my real life, and the queue, which is first come first serve. you may wait longer if you are behind the queue. when I do get to you expect a wait of a few weeks (perhaps 2-3 at most) to a month, I'm a pretty slow artist.
• if asked i can update you during the sketching process of the commission where you will have the option to ask for revisions. please limit these revisions to just 3-4, things, coming in with a clear idea of what you want will quicken the commission process over all!
• if you aren’t an artist yourself but want to buy a commission, i encourage any kind of doodles or visual representation of your idea.
• all commissions are for personal use only.
• I have the right to decline your request for whatever reason.
