Take control of your spaceship and shoot down all the pumpkins, bats and skulls from another dimension.
Collect power-ups to upgrade your ship's weapons & shields, and collect candy to get a high score.
Power-Ups
Apart from the large amount of candies you'll pick up, there will also be quite some power-ups flying around. They are listed here:- Purple: Gives you health.
- Green: Decreases the damage enemy bullets do to you.
- Red W: Increases your bullet size, strength and rate of fire. You shouldn't confuse this with the Blue power-ups as this one also is in a blue square.
- Blue: Gives you double fire, triple fire and eventually spread fire.
Bosses
There are 5 bosses. They're all the same, but they'll get stronger as you proceed.The boss pattern is quite simple. It'll spawn with a lot of enemies circling around it. I suggest you get rid of these first, so you won't have that much bullets coming at you. Next, keep shooting the boss. You'll notice that the big bullets it shoots from its eyes come up with an increasing rate. These bullets are very harmful, avoid at all costs. After a while it'll also start spamming bats. Don't shoot these, as the wave is never-ending. Just keep shooting the boss. When its bullets come up almost directly after each other, you must quickly swift inbetween them to not get hurt. While shooting, of course.
Follow this strategy and you can take over the bosses. Ah yeah, defeated bosses drop an enormous load of candies. Profit!
Medals
Kill Boss 1 (5 points)Kill boss 1 in Arcade Mode
Easy. Get 50 Candies in Survival Mode (10 points)
Collect 50 candies before being killed in Survival Mode.
This is even easier. Keep in mind: after getting the candies, you must die to claim the medal. Get 150 Candies in Survival Mode (25 points)
Collect 150 candies before being killed in Survival Mode.
Also not too hard. You can be sure to encounter a boss before getting to 150 candies. Kill Boss 4 (25 points)
Kill boss 4 in Arcade Mode - The Bat Boss
It's hard, but you can do it. Complete Arcade Mode (50 points)
Destroy all 5 bosses and save the universe from Pumpkin rule!'
The last boss is a serious pest, so this could be hard to get. Destroy 10000 Enemies (50 points)
Destroy 10000 enemies in any game mode
Don't worry: it's cumulative. Arcade Candy Challenge (100 points)
Complete Arcade Mode and finish the game with at least 300 candies. Remember, you lose candy when you die...
Description is saying the thruth: dieing = goodbye to candies. Make sure to die as less as possible and NOT AT ALL when encountering boss 4 and 5. Get 333 Candies in Survival Mode (100 points)
Collect 333 candies before being killed in Survival Mode.
Easier than it seems. You'll enounter the second boss as well on this run. Beware: the second boss in Survival Mode consists of 2 bosses!
