This one is more challenging. In order to get this one, you need to finish the game without getting trolled. It's best if you use keyboard controls for this, since it's easier to control. A more in-depth strategy is included near the bottom of this guide. SECRET MEDAL 25 points

Strategy

When the trolls appear, you should kill them in a right-left-right-left pattern, so they can't crowd you. You might notice that the shotgun can shoot from pretty far, so kill the trolls from a distance, not close up. This is easy enough in the first two levels, but the third is the hardest. Since the game has no distinct way of telling you if a troll is too close, you will get hurt a tiny bit and ruin your opportunity to get the medal. Trying again and again is the only way to get past that third level without getting hurt. The key is to be as efficient and fast as possible. Stay around the middle of the screen, since you don't want to suddenly get attacked by trolls spawning from the sides.
