I played this for a few hours. This game had a great and and implemented it perfectly.
It would be awesome if you made a second part, but with more random events/side quests/little easter eggs.

It took me 135 days to clear the 12x12 on normal which I think was a good amount of time. I beat the game the first time in 70ish days by curing zombi-ism which I was surprised that there were multiple endings like that. It truly made the game a lot easier too rather then just giving us the hey you won now go on with life. I also liked the dark portal although I would like more details on it since it was strange to me but a nice touch. The only thing I would like to see more is instead of searching individual buildings for survivors actually having a sweep command for I guess in theory an infinite number of survivors. It was odd that I only lost 9 survivors and recruited everyone I saw and only had 133 total survivors at the end. Another feature I would like to see is if say you had a 4x4 square of cleared buildings you could send a larger team to clear them all at once.
