its some kind of plastic. a torch would destroy the thing.

Well the blank's that are being lent to people have instructions on them, since they didnt buy theirs.. If you bought your own then obviously you're welcome to do anything you want.

Id like to advise against making concepts based on commercial properties ie (zelda, mario, spawn, etc)

This project is more about exploring the creativity and making something unique out of this blank mold. The idea of a mario/whatever figurine just isnt visually exciting and rare.

You can go for it but i think you'd find it more rewarding to create your own character or make a creation that doesnt already exist as a 3d form
