you may have not notice because the spelling is wrong but "seppuku" is the same way you pronounce the time when a samurai commits suicide

hara-kari is actually the japanese word for "honorable death," while seppuku is the chinese equivolent of that word. (well im still gona say ur right kuz i was thinking japan while i was drawing, but seppuku was a more familiar word for me :))

ok heres how i do it::

make your animation:::this is my final product!!! .swf

To make this all you have to do is copy your main animated movieclip (for me: a stickman getting shot!) to a layer below.
now move that layer a couple of times to the left using your keypad and rename that copyed movieclip to something different so it dosnt effect the original movieclip!
Go into that copyed movieclip and make everything red or what colour you want so that it now looks highlighted!!!!

finished!!!, heres a screenshot of my main timeline__^

Yeah, i used the tablet i bought. I didnt bother ordering it, i went out and bought the less expensive WACOM Graphire 4 'cause im not professional...
