Awesome and creepy minimalist game!
It's amazing how well you crafted the atmosphere with such simple graphics, in only 48hrs.
I enjoyed reading all of the journal entries, and finding all of the off the grid places and easter eggs.

Really good game for something done in 48 hours. Though, I was disappointed by the ending, should have given it at least a transition screen before taking you back to the start screen.
I would very much like to see this get fleshed out as a more complete game, if for no other reason than to see captain rectangle have actual features.
My only real problem with the game is that the areas don't really form a ship shape to me... it all just seems more random, and so doesn't really give one the feeling of being on a ship in outer space. It feels more like an underground laboratory, which takes away from the immersion of the wonderful story you have going on here.

The captain figure actually reminded me (old school) of the Atari 2600 Adventure character. I kept looking for the key from that game, until I got the feeling that I should be looking for....something else. Great psychological mystery. Thanks for writing this!
