Triforce of the Gods

Share

Finished this up last week, after putting it on a several-month hiatus.

Very fun to try and replicate the original Raiders poster using the Zelda (Link to the Past/Triforce of the Gods) characters! The left column is really the most "different" part from the original, aside from Link's stance being the mirrored opposite of Indy's (since Link is left-handed and all).

Also, took the time to inscribe some Hylian in the corners, though half of it's obscured by other elements anyway. Just thought it would add another unique touch of authenticity to something that's otherwise supposed to have a very specific look to it.

EDIT: Wow! That was quick! Thanks for the Frontpage feature!

You absolutely NAILED the art style of those old Indiana Jones posters. The rendering is on point!

Awesome. Better than Raiders of the Lost Ark.

This is why I love Zelda!!!

Zelda meets Indiana jones. 11/10

Michael's artwork, Triforce of the Gods, is spectacular. It's definitely worth 5 stars - the outlines, color palette and use of colors, and creativity are outstanding. The best part of the artwork is beyond what you see display. Micheal had enjoyment from replicating the original Raiders poster using Legend of Zelda character and that's truly the glorious part of creating art - being able to have fun while drawing a masterpiece is reaching a professional level as an artist. In other words, Micheal Maniac Mayne created a beauty and I hope it inspires more artist to pursue their talents further. Thank you for posting an inspiring artwork. Cheers!
