that was the most ill-humored thing on newgrounds that has made it to the front page i think... it wasnt really that funny and if i wanted to hear you cry i would ask you just too record it. life shouldnt revolve around the internet

Well even if life shouldn't revolve around the internet, for many it does. Perhaps not me or you, but some people use the web as a connection to other people. And it is for those people I fear that Wikipedia's methods will be hurtful.
Sorry you felt the cartoon was simply me "crying" because that was not the point of it. Thanks for leaving a review anyway.
fred fails
hmmmm not too good in my opinion. I dont think that a monkey with no ears whining about being deleted by wikipedia makes a good flash. did not laugh at any of freds statements and I hate his voice. Sorry, but Fred is probably my least favourite simian on the internet. Try to get over your wikipedia problems, I dont really want to hear them. Bye the way, fred looks nothing like a monkey.

Of course they can, but at the same time it is MY work they are judging. I think they seem to have forgotten that there are other human beings on the other end. Instead of telling someone "You fail" they could very easily explain how to improve. I disagree with the way they are going about it. I have no problem whatsoever with them deleting Fred the Monkey from their site.

get over yourself dude, just cause thousands see your site, doesn't mean it's seriously notable, like, can i talk about Fred The Monkey on most forums and have people know what i'm talking about? not likely, these dudes don't have to be nice about little sites like yours, and they shouldn't. if all it takes is a rejection from wikipedia to "crush your dreams" then you don't belong on the internet and need to learn to suck it up.
as for your cartoon, the art was nice, but the animation was a tad choppy, the green thing was funny but otherwise wasn't funny or smart. no way wikipedia deletes thousands of articles a day.

Wikipedia claims ON THEIR OWN SITE that they delete over a thousand articles a day! That is where I GOT the info.
But at any rate, sorry we don't agree on this subject. I still don't appriciate the way they go about things, because while I can certainly "suck it up" if you go to someone just starting out who has the potential to be great and say "You're terrible, give it up" then the whole world misses out on something. I just don't agree with that.
