Wiki-Wikipedia
Nice, nice cartoon about wikipedia, as a matter of fact I'm totally surprised they came out with this, cuz for the past weak I've been reading tons of articles on Wikipedia: Stuff like that funny prank call "You Kick My Dog", the origin of the word "faggot = pile of twigs", "Grand Theft Auto" that main character in I, II and III is named "Claude". Wikipedia Helped me alot with alot of useful information and that helps because I have a Book report tomorrow and I didn't even read the book (i.e. "I, Tituba, Witch" if that helps).

I would suggest reading the book or at least skimming it before putting your fate into Wikipedia's hands. =)

I think they deleted it, but thanks anyway! I am more concerned with them changing the way they talk to people. They do not seem to remember there is another human being who went through a lot of work to create what they find "non-notable" and things need to change with that.

I thought this was really good. I know what wikipedia is, and for people who don't, you either live under a rock, or have never been on any website ever. Now, I've never heard of FredtheMonkey, but if what you say is true about all the awards and such, then it deserves to be noted on Wiki. I mean, I found this cartoon funny, and it made me laugh out loud. I do think that you could have explained what Wiki was for the people who did/do not know what it is (an easy part would have been S.C. or w/e [the green guy] to simply ask what it is), but whats done is done, right? All in all, good job. And for those lazy bums who complain about not knowing what wiki is, um...ever heard of..the internet? Oh you have? You're on it? Wow, then look it up....lazy bums.

Haha, well I didn't think to tell people what Wikipedia was, so sorry about that. I probably should have, since I only learned of it myself a few months back. Well anyway, thanks for taking the time to write a review and I'm happy to hear you liked the cartoon so much. =)
Honestly
I don't see WHY wikipedia deleted the Fred the Monkey entry. I mean, your site HAS been around for a few years, it's got quite a few fans now, & your cartoons are a lot funnier than HomeStarRunner (except for a few of their cartoons, HSR is friggin' boring)
Overall good cartoon; it was funny, the graphics weren't too bad, & it had a good message (although I could care less if wikipedia says if I'm notable or not. =P But that's just me.)

Thanks for the review! I think Wikipedia deleted the entry solely because Alexa.com does not have a rating for it. They hardly do any research when deciding if something should stay or go. Sad, but true. (But I agree with you, I don't care if they say I'm non-notable or not. Whatever!)
