Because there's more cold hard proof, with evidence, that I can check, and that isn't widely debated. Science is also peer-reviewed, not culturally-defined. Science is definitely not on a par with The Bible or The Qu'ran or the Aztec religion in terms of 'what is more correct', surely.

If scientists said, "I believe in evolution; I don't have hard evidence for it, but I've got a gut feeling it's correct," or, "a voice in my head told me it was correct," or, "my mum told me it was correct," and another scientist said, "well, my mum told me lemarkism was correct, everyone on my side of the world believes in lemarkism although we've no hard evidence," then science would be like religion.

Truthfully though, when you say cold hard proof, you're talking about proof that makes itself aware to your own senses.

And science is widely debated. Every aspect of it is.

One of the main rules of being a scientist is to find flaws in every theory that you have and in every theory that every other scientist has. That's what makes science so exact and precise.

Well, here is the deal..make story short is I work for clients (such as churches). Not to say God is real as is just to answer some questions...

1. God made us have this free will and he will not take evil away because its your chose to choose the evil side or his side.
2. God is like an administrator and we are like the registered users he created, the devil is also hes creation and he is like a moderator such as all angels are like moderator assistance. I thought maybe that may help in the sense.
3. They say God is coming soon, and he has not cam yet..(weird) in 1981 a man made a book that was called 81 reasons God will come this year....stupid
