Go to file>save as. and below where you type the name of the file, where it says save as type: Flash MX 2004 document. Click that and select Flash MX document instead.

I was wondering if you could make that work with tween easing(sp?), maybe you could add that.

Tweens result in ugly bounces :

As I mentioned though, I go by frames each time, not Frame by frame and I tween in between each two keyframes.

Keyframe -> Tween Frame -> Keyframe -> etc

FBF would be a lot harder which is why I use this method =D

I didn't mess around with the buttons my Flash didn't recognise the fonts for some reason and I added a small blue triangle which goes to the next frame because the others don't work. Please tell me if there are any mistakes and what you think!

HAHAHAHAHAAHAHHA Oh my no. Since Flash is totally in 2D, you'll need trigonometry to transform 3D points into Flash 2D points. And trig is in Actionscript.

Here's some helpfulness, though:

x= Math.sin(rotationAngle)*Radius
y= Math.cos(rotationAngle)*Radius
