just a few questions about the format of this list. I take it the second number in the completion column is the possible points you could have had for that week? Whats the weekly bit about then?

I would aprisiate if someone reviewed one or more of my movies.
Tell me what to improve. The Mario in Newgrounds serie is the latest.

974 Is the total number of points amassed - see the guide for details on how to accumulate points.
135/141 is the total number of reviews/total number of requests. Meaning milinko hasn't reviewed 6 requests, which out of 141 requests is a great average.
95.74% is the percentage of reviews completed - 135/141 x 100
18/18 is the weekly completion - milinko has completed all 18 requests this week.

It's a neat preloader. Personally, I wouldn't use much in the way of sound for one, as it just adds to the filesize, which could be used for the flash itself.

Still, you've done a good job and I think it will enhance people's votes and reviews for you.
