This is the 33rd flash I'm submitting, but it's actually 33 1/3rd flash of mine. I decided to make a flash to celebrate myself being a third way there to my big goal in flash, which is to have submitted 100 flashes (all passed). I may have only been submitting flashes to Newgrounds for 2 years now and could take me another 4 years to get there, but I have recently been more involved with Flash than I have ever been.

Also, about the 33 1/3 thing, I have about a 1/3 of a Flash that I havn't submitted yet due to it being a Flash for when the Newgrounds redesign is out, but sadly, we still have no new layout, so I am to submit the full version no later than 1st June.

Flash info:

FPS: 30
Frames: 5045
Time length: 2 minutes 48 seconds
.fla filesize: 76MB
Started: 18th May
Finished: 19th May

Not the best

Although it was a pretty good celebration of your thirty third piece of animation that went through the flash portal successfully. Not the greatest piece though since I didn't see too awful much going on here either.

Good piece though I guess.

Murray responds:

It's a damn silly one, though.

Very good

This was a good flash in my opinion. I saw that there were some new designs for several objects, which I thought weren't in any of the former flashes yet. The couch Bahamut was sleeping on looked very nice now that it had more depth. The shotgun was also nicely drawn. I think the shadow below Bahamut is kinda odd though. I'm not sure if it was in all your former flashes as well, but it really caught my eye when he was sleeping on the couch.

Anyway I also liked the idea of making this your 33 1/3rd flash and adding 1/3th of your next movie into this. Is it exactly 1/3rd of the next movies runtime or did you just end it at a convenient moment (to not reveal too much)?

Overall 8 out of 10, 4 out of 5. It's nice to see some more improvements in the graphics.

Murray responds:

The shadow below Bahamut has always been there. As for the 1/3 of another flash, it was close to that.

What a wonderful number.

What I like about this flash the most is the number 33. First off 3 is my favorite number, but 33 was my high school football number. 3 is so much better than any other number.

Now that my threegasm is done I'll get to reviewing the submission. I actually watched this a long time ago, but never got up to reviewing the submission because I was lazy at the time.

It's pretty good all around. I liked the idea about having a dream of making your 33rd flash in the flash itself. It's kind of a paradox/mind fuck when you have your submissions like that, but it's great.

Random moon missing/replaced with words, good futurama joke, decent humor all around, etc.. Can't wait until I watch 33 3/3 because it's full of 3's. :3

Murray responds:

And you will once you review Edgar N' Locke 01. :P

I liked this one. Even though the shadow beneath the Bahamut-sprite sure does look a bit weird, I just can't imagine the sprite without the shadow.

The voice acting was great (and I just love your accent :P ) and the story was weird and twisted... just like dreams normally are.
Oh, and btw: Simpsons > Futurama :P

Murray responds:

I think I see Coop behind you with a sledgehammer. :P

Celebration time!!!

Though I enjoy most of your work, I dont get the purpose of making a flash abotu making flashes, how do you make a 1/3 of a flash? anyways good job on your flash making skills.

Murray responds:

It's easy, I just added a 1/3 of another flash to this one. :)
