Reviews for "Scrap Metal"

You have so much more potential than this, your last games have been hilarious fun fests. This is just lame.

STEVE and max would be disappointed.

DarkTimmy responds:

Well, you are certainly entitled to your opinion and I won't argue this game has more potential to be realized. I think sometimes it's nice to take a chance with something new and not so perfect. I learned a lot from Scrap Metal and some of it was what NOT to do so that helps. I'm onto a Boss 101 sequel but I like Scrap Metal and Dan Devil even though neither were huge hits. That said, thanks for the comment and the play! Best, -Tim

This...game...sucks...BALLS!!!!!!!
I'ts ENTIRELY luck based, and not even fun!
That 'Pops' guy is COMPLETELY wrong. There is absolutely NO strategy to this.
Oh, and did you ask to yourself:'Why is this game called Scrap Metal?'
BECAUSE IT IS (S)CRAP!!

DarkTimmy responds:

Welp, to each his own and I don't disagree with your opinion. I appreciate the people playing the game and I do want to improve! Thank you for the comment and look for more games! Best, -Tim

How can I say anything that hasn't been said about this steaming pile? Only thing I can think of is I find it ridiculous, and that's putting it mildly, on how your opponent gets points, and massive ones at that, for a draw and you don't. How can you be expected to win when your opponent gains two, three, hell I even saw ten once, points for simply blocking? Especially when you gain only gain points when you make a successful hit, and then it's only two or three points.

DarkTimmy responds:

Well - as I recall the calculations of a draw are based off arm strength so if the opponent has a tougher arm and you both do the same attack he gets the point differential (as do you if you have the stronger arm), THAT SAID - I hear yah. A lot of unrealized potential but I did learn a lot from it! I appreciate people playing the game and I do want to improve! Thank you for the comment and look for more games! Best, -Tim
