Another decent video.
I have always found Nick and your humor style to be amusing, this was no different. The parts with the pizza rolls was hilarious. I also liked the scene when Nick was trying to find evidence of where the criminal would strike next. The movie was filled with irony, that is good comedy right there.
There were only a couple problems I had with the flash. At times the video screen would be black and only a glisten of a character would be visible, it annoyed me at times. I understand how difficult it is converting video files to flash, but the sounds were weak and some loud and other soft. I just flt it didn't fit together well. I still enjoyed the movie nonetheless.
When you and Nick were making the gun sounds at each other, it somewhat reminded me of Monty Python, I loved it when you juggled your "gun". It was a pretty good video from the two of you, keep up the good work!

I think the part that you are talking about with the darkness was when the person was outside in the dark. There wasn't much we could do about it since we didn't use any lighting.
The sounds are weak, and I'm brainstorming some ways to make the voices better.

Interesting idea. Not the best, but certainly different from what I'm used to. It's nice to see linear work that's original.
Acting was great, especially from Nick. I like what you guys did with VO.
The humor was subtle. In some places, I think it would have been better off even more so. Case in point, the smiley map. I think that shot should have come in only when Nick says "no pattern has emerged yet," and for NG's sake, it should have been angry faic. I also feel that the shot lingered too long. That's my main gripe, which is why I'm going on and on about it. >:(
Lighting wasn't used, as far as I can tell, but the choice of natural lighting works to create a gritty effect that is in tune with the mood you set. Your basement was lit brighter, which is more in tune with comedy. I see what you did there.
Sound was pretty crisp. Nick overmodulated once or twice, but otherwise, it's good. I think giving each of your guns different sounds (bang vs bam) was a clever idea. I can't even articulate what about it appeals to me, but I like it nonetheless.
Overall, it's a lot more professional and inspired than your "Wars" series. I approve of the direction you're heading in. Don't stop improving.

Long wait for the flash to load, this was one of my favourite flashes that you guys have done.
Graphics - 9/10 - Overall the video was pretty well done graphically, I did have one or two minor gripes. Firstly, at times it was a bit too dark to see clearly what was going on, although for atmospheric effect I can understand this to a degree. Secondly the video quality wasn't fantastic, but I do know that when converting from video to flash you lose a lot of that, so I won't hold it against you.
Content - 10/10 - I laughed my ass off on occasion, this was one of your funniest pieces. Particular highlights were the "lack of pattern" on the map, the "hand-guns" and the scolding you got from his brother. Good stuff all round.
Sound - 10/10 - In terms of audio I felt that this was one of, if not the best you have done together. The narrative was clear and excellently done, and the music was well implemented.
Overall - 10/10 - Fantastic job overall, keep at it.

This was a pretty decent film overall. i laughed during the gun fight scene and the pissed off big brother scene. and the file size wasnt an issue for me personally. But to tell u the truth, i just dont think this was meant to be submitted here. am pretty sure most of the people on this site (including myself) view newgrounds as a flash animation/any other animation site. i just dont think that a film with ALL live action shots fits in well on this site. i think your better off just submitting this kind of film on break.com. But am not going to knock you points for that. I still thought it was funny, not the most original plot, but it works, and i thought the actors were good too. And the quality wasnt the best, but not too bad. And i believe u Accomplished wat u set out to do, which was to be comedy (for the ppl who thought this was suppose to be a serious film, your morons). anyways, not bad, hopefully u wont take ill-will to my opinion. peace man.
