Terms Of Service
Please carefully read the following terms before commissioning me.If you wish to commission art from me,you will be paying for the art styles as shown on my websites,price sheets and social media.I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
Commission Requirements
I ask that I am treated with respect and patience as this is my first time opening commissions.I have the right to cancel a commission at any point in the process,if requirements are violated it will result in instant block.Be clear on what you want to commission and commissions you order are solely for personal use only(Ex:Youtube,Discord or other social media related purpose)and NOT for commercial use unless we agree prior commission.All commission request are submitted from(Via:Etsy and Artistree).Ensure that you have looked at my pricing sheets and art styles before going onward.Also No NFTS.
Use Of Photos and Copyright
If the commission is a replication of a photograph you will be required to provide suitable photographs for the commission work to be produced.You must have permission to use such photographs and it is their responsibility to not breach any copyright laws.I the artist retain the copyright to the artwork created from clients commission.
Things I Will Draw:Anime,Cartoons,Some Violence,Semi-realism,Anthro
Things I Will NOT Draw: Realism,Political Art,Extreme Gore,NSFW,Pedophilia,Imitation of other artstyles
Once a request has been received,you will receive your acceptance or decline response within 3-5 business days.
Process
After ordering commission please allow 3-5 business days for me to get back to you(Via:Etsy,Artistree,DMS).Email me about the status of your commission or any information about your commission.My response back to you will contain an estimated timeline for your commission and other feedback.If you want your order as soon as possible please contact me for more information.During the process I will keep you up to date about the progress of your commission,including images while its still a work in progress.
Revision
Any large edits past the sketch phase will incur an additional charge.Large edits include:changing the character or subject of the artwork,changing overall composition,changing the setting of the detailed background,changing characters clothes and hair,etc.Small edits include:changing color of a small accessory or prop,changing the color of the background,changing color of the eyes,changing the eyebrow shape,etc.
Payment
Payment Options Include:Paypal,Cash App,Venmo,Google Pay
*If you are not buying commissions from Etsy*
For commissions outside of Etsy payments must be paid in two parts.Half up front and half once sketch is finalized.
*If you are buying commissions from Etsy*
For commissions within Etsy must be paid in full upfront.
Cancellation
No refunds.But cancellations are allowed once the commission has started so make sure you are 100% before you think about commissioning me.
Completion,Delivery And Posting
Upon completion you will receive a digital file after you pay in full(Via:Email,DMS,Social Media,Etsy,Artistree).Every commission work still belongs to me,I have the right to post my artwork on social media,create educational content and sell them etc.You may NOT resell,alter,claim credit or mint as NFT my artwork.These commissions are for personal use ONLY(EX:Youtube,Discord,Social Media,Profile Pictures)and you must properly credit me(pastelcvlt420)and it be linked.
