Your parents are probably short. You can't honestly just be healthy and get taller.
Eat your vegetables? Get some sleep? Become less insecure about yourself and learn to live with your current height for the moment rather than attempting to find a quick fix solution?

There is a surgery procedure out there that can actually make you taller by a few inches. Hey, I'm 5'4 and I'm 18 years old so don't feel bad.
Your height comes from your heredity. If your whole family was tall, then you'll be tall. If your family is short, then you'll be short.
It's genetics. You're going to be a little short your entire life, and there's nothing (healthy) you can do about it. Sure, you could get a surgery or something, but it's more trouble than it's worth.
Thank your parents for it, they're probably short.
Many that live deserve death, and some die that deserve life. Can you give it to them? Then be not too eager to deal out death in the name of justice.
