I don't know if there is a true scientific way to get taller. My advice is to do 15-30 minutes of stretching every morning, drink lots of milk, and hang out with Shaq.

SLEEP.

Get a good amount of sleep, the recommended amount, I think its about nine hours of sleep. Why? Because you grow when you are asleep, that is if you are still growing.

See, coffee is said to stunt growth, only because it makes you awake and so you wouldn't fall asleep so soon and so you wouldn't grow as much.

You can only look taller.

Like platform shoes or something, spiky hair.

actually...being tall kind of sucks these days. it's just starting to become the average height, but things aren't being changed to accommodate them (clothes, furniture, buildings...) i've got back and joint pain because i have to spend a lot of my time in positions i'm not suppose to be in.
