Basically, it's a fairly simple and easy plan designed to get you in good enough shape to do 100 consecutive pushups. I'd never gotten around to doing this because I kept forgetting to train for periods of time, but this way I don't even have to think about it, I just have to do what the internet tells me.
Anyway, I figured since a lot of you spend too much time on the internets anyway, this might be something you could do that's actually worthwhile.
So here's what you do in this topic:
1) Say you're gonna do the thing
2) Do the thing
Optional: Provide some updates on how the thing is going.
Now, let's all stop being such wusses and actually do a thing.
Okay I'm game now I just have to remember to actually do it.

I tried doing it but I couldn't stand doing the earlier weeks. Doing 9-10 push ups 3 times a day is a hassle and it doesn't help me out in the least bit.
Pushups seem like a waste once you hit 50. It's too tedious at that point. It'd be better to go work out in a gym.
I usually do 2 bursts of 25 in the morning, with 2 bursts of 50 sit ups also, then I repeat in the evening.

stop doing situps, theyre bad for your back.

I just finished reading the entire work out plan and it sounds good to me, I can already do 30 in a row so I get to start in the hardest column. I guess I could a update at the first of every week on my progress, its intimidating when you read through it and see all the push ups you haveto do but I am up to the challenge.

Nice. I had to be able to do 44 push-ups in under 2 minutes when I did army officer selection stuff last year. That's not too hard though, so I'd be more than willing to give this a go and let you know how I get on.
Nice idea to get people motivated to work out a little :)

One time a day, do as many push-ups as you can do and then stop.
Keep doing this until you do 100.

I've been doing 150 pushups per day until last week when my family went on a vacation to Alaska so I may be a bit rusty due to this.
Ok, I've felt bad for my body FOR FAR TOO LONG. I am doing it.
So, I did the test and ended up in level 4, with 34 push ups. Wednesday I'll start the program. Nice find, Elfer!
It's also important to do this slow, 3 seconds down, then take 2 seconds to push up, those are the real push ups, slow is the key to get the best effect, try

Personally, I'm being ambitious and doing nose-to-ground pushups with pushup bars that add a few extra inches of range to the exercise.
