1)not sure thought it would look better that way
You should look through your fonts and see what you have. Clean fonts are far more impressive than hand drawn ones unless you have a talent for creating them. There are also free, downloadable fonts on the Internet. Run a search on one of the engines to find them.
2)no they were the only sprites i could find
Though I can't say anything about the sound since I didn't see the project, what might have also gotten you blammed is lack of animation. Tweening static objects isn't impressive and a lot of NG users find that cheap and boring - especially sprites since it seems a lot of people hate them almost as much as they hate stick figures. I don't mean that to sound harsh, just being honest. Do you have an art program where you can edit the sprites and add running legs and stuff like that to them? The frame-by-frame animated sprites will give you more of an edge. People seem to react better to that.
3)the seriesscript was that beavis had to get a disk that contained a virus to destroy the matrix and free all the humans and the system was throwing everything at him to try and stop him before he could get to the main frame computer and insert the virus
Though I've only seen three episodes of B&B, this doesn't sound like Beavis' character. If you're going to use already established characters in your Flash, people would expect that you stick to who they are. Beavis should have a motive more in line with his personality for wanting to destroy the matrix. Something like, "if he inserts the virus, he'll have unlimited access to porn" or "if he inserts the virus, he'll be able to access everyone's credit card numbers so he can buy whatever he wants". When he's successful in the end, he finds all he has access to is something like "Baby Animal Buddies" or "Grandmas Gone Wild!" Above all, a B&B script should be funny.
Hopefully this advice has helped when it comes time to create your next Flash toon. Cheers!
