Thanks for making this, it was a great listen while I was working. I really appreciate hearing about other creator's experiences and struggles, as I find my own creative endeavors can be isolating and many people on the internet are very fake when they talk about this stuff.

Thank you Spencer. The purpose of a habit is to remove that action from self-negotiation. You no longer expend energy, deciding whether to do it. You just do it. Please be careful you will meet people on your creative journey who do not have your best interest at heart.

Hatred is a curse that does not affect the hated. It only poisons the hater. Release a grudge as if it was a poison. I feel embarrassed that I've spent time hating people who have wronged me, but that shouldn't stop me from being happy. It also took me a long time to learn that it is possible to make friends, I feel that keeps me alive.
