This series was something I had tried playing as a kid, only to run into several roadblocks as I couldn't progress further. Now, as an older person, playing this and completing an arc I couldn't do so when I was younger is definitely fulfilling.
While these don't necessarily feel as the open ended puzzle games they could be, these games offer a far better way of engaging with the text. Narratives, nonetheless.
Thank you for illustrating, voice acting, and writing these (to the whole team involved). I hope Alice is Dead gets the remaster / remake / revival it deserves. It is a unique spin on this otherwise heavily riffed old tale that has served as inspiration to countless artists, storytellers, and game developers (I am yet to play American McGee's Alice, and I sincerely hope I do).
