If someone wasn't on the previous roster you have nothing to compare their current B/P to, thus there being no way for you to know exactly how much B/P they have accumulated in the week.

Also, I was more inactive in the portal this week than I have been for ages. I'm wishing for an average of 5 per day, when usually I can comfortably reach almost ten times that amount.

OK, sorry for the confusion caused. The +/- indicates if you moved up in the ranks. The roster, if you hadn't noticed, is based on how much B/P you have..So, therefore, TPM, who has the most B/P of us all, is #1, and Dejanus, who has the least (not including apprentices) is #26. So, if you overtake somebody above you, you get a "+1", and it somebody overtakes you, you get a "-1".

It has always been there, but I've moved it to the end of the names instead, as it made the roster straighter..

If you still don't understand, just ask..

Pretty much every week is a small competition. Everyone want to reach first place on the gainers list, so that builds up some competition. There's no need to make a special occasion out of something that happens regularly.
