Hollow Floor is an exploration-based single-sitting Metroidvania inspired by VVVVVV and REDDER. Hollow Floor power-ups are based on adding movesets that will expand the player's ability to explore all three different dangerous biomes. Hollow Floor world is full of secrets and hard challenges that can be tackled at any moment in the game or completely ignored. All you need to finish is to collect any number of power gems to power up the portal and escape this dangerous dimension.
The full game will contains the following features:
- Single-sitting Metroidvania where you can finish it in an hour.
- 99 optional coins to collect which provides extra challenges for challenge seekers.
- Secret passages and shortcuts to explore the whole world.
- A huge world with more than 100 rooms to explore.
- Powerups change the way you play and traverse the full world.
- Three different main biomes feature different game mechanics and challenges related to them.
- A final biome where the player can test their skills acquired during the previous three biomes.
- Finally, the game doesn't contain any time restrictions which allows for more relaxed play.
- Arrows: Move Character
- X: Special / Respawn
There is a total of 18 coins and 26 rooms to discover in this demo.

Sorry about that, you can lower it or mute it in the options
I genuinely and wholeheartedly thank you that the hover bar actually pauses if you stop moving rather than continuing to drain even when you're not doing anything. I was so afraid you'd pull that stunt. For that alone, I wish your game a thousand wishlists and a thousand more purchases.
(I can only do one of them because I am broke.)
Game itself was actually pretty fun.

Nice Game, I like how relaxing it is, it took me 27 min to complete, I died 98 times, I think I'll buy your game to play more of it, I mean full version, because I understand beta version has less things then full version?

Forcing me to take the long way to get to a certain place is annoying and some parts before you get the upgrade were aswell. Also just the upgrade icon can be a bit unclear, you could have added a text saying something like "Press X to temporarily walk on air" other than that it's a very good game

Sorry about the frustrating parts but I didn't want to have much text in the game and wanted it to remiscent old games like nes where the was no text and people manages to do everything :)
