Do we know he has not? He is still here, and there have been lots of suspicion that he is a fraud in the past. Either the mods were unable to contact him, or they contacted him and discovered he is really Don Davis.
He's posing as Don Davis, and if the real Don Davis found out he put his music up on newgrounds for download, he could take legal action. So I'm not surprised he's gone.
He could have easily left due to the negative reaction he got in his score/reviews. I mean, cussing him out in reviews? Those people should die.
Furthermore, I think that once this is cleared up, these posts irrelevant to the topic of the underdog list should be deleted.
Well, Rig did say this was a place to debate, although I see what you mean.
The question is, does the suspicion over his identity invalidate his eligibility for underdog status? I say NO. Suspicion alone is not enough because we ought to be giving him the benefit of the doubt.
