No, the gold mine is just a place where some odd/funny/helpful threads are collected. And to whoever told about the gold mine, yes, I put some of those threads in here.

Newgrounds library, eh? I like the idea of having a place to look at old and funny (if you can call them that) threads, but I just don't think it'll work as a topic. Even though this thread has made it to the second page, I believe that there will come a time where you cannot post all the links to these threads manually, and will have to store them elsewhere. What I am trying to say is, this would be better off as a webpage somewhere. Like, let's say you make an HTML file with all the links to these forum threads, and have the page hosted on an exterior site or on your own server (if you have one) instead of doing all the tedious work here every Wednesday. You may keep this thread going if you wish, all I'm proposing is that it may be easier to just have this topic as a webpage.

I also propose that this thread be added to the list!

You prove an excellent point there. There is another topic like this with a link to a website whch I may consider going along with that idea. But for now, I myself don't have anything like Microsoft Frontpage or any other website publishing program, so I'm storing all the stuff (along with the coded links) in a Microsoft Word page to keep track of. I'll keep your thought in mind. Now onto the update!

Just because a thread gets a moderate amount of pages doesn't make it historical and well known by the BBS users (most of the threads in C&C are long but not really historical). If the thread was amazing and most people would remember it for some reason or another (such as it being remembered for hilarity, drama, etc), then post.

I think that would be a great idea, considering it will make it easier for people to find them. This is especially true for those who come here looking for someone to make them a signiture or something. Also, if a Politics forum thread can land a spot in the NG BBS library, why can't a C&C one?
