B. Killing him would just be wrong and unnecisary. Plus they would eventually find the body in the airport, identify it, and then the mission would be blown. I don't think Krunk could get a body out of an airport without someone seeing.
Just kidnap him, put him in the hideout, and then release him when the mission is over.
