Some of them will come at random times, but there will be some awards like the knowledge awards that will have a date for it.

3) Iran HAS enriched uranium, but is still far ways off of having the capability to develop nuclear weapons. But some people are thinking that there will be a conflict (armed) with Iran in the next year or two.
