Yes, all the officers are allowed to give out ranks to the new soldiers, while I'm the one who gives out the promotions and medals.

Yeah, I own all the Medal of Honor games for PC, and Gamecube. I liked playing the Allied Assault game for PC. The D-day level is crazy even when playing online in it.

If you look in the WC forums, then head to War Crew Main, there is a World War II Knowledge test there. Take the test to see how much you know of World War II. The person with the highest score will earn a medal. Good luck.

no, anyone can earn a medal with a person that also has it. But there are some medals that only one person can earn, like the 1,000th Post Medal and some more.
