It looks like a picture of a girl battling the wind. The wind is hard and her scarf is flapping hard in the wind.
She could be outside, OR inside, with an open window in a room.
I like the strokes in the painting. It looks simple but you were able to make a picture with them.
And everything is easy to see of the girl with the background looking more mysterious and representing that anything can be happening. ^ ^
