Tomorrow is the NES' (well, technically the Famicom's) 30th Anniversary. Lets have a moment of appreciation for everything Nintendo's first real console has done for gaming.

Hopefully Nintendo will do something to mark the occasion. It would be amazing if they made an actual, physical, cartridge based Super Mario Bros 4.

Speaking of Animal Crossing, I got the Gamecube game for my birthday about two weeks ago.

I gotta say that I was a bit sceptical about it in the beginning because it seemed like there wasn't all that much to do, but now that I've been playing it for a while it seems like there's actually way more to the game than meets the eye. You just got to be patient with the game.

By the way, it's also really cool that you can unlock full versions of NES games, though it's unfortunate that Zelda isn't available through normal means. I would've loved to play that one.

My Wii's disc drive started messing up, so I sent it in to be repaired. They decided that the system couldn't be saved, so they gave me a new Wii. Normally, I'd be stoked, but there was certain data on that machine that couldn't be moved (Like my Super Smash Brothers Brawl save data). Bummer.

The weird thing is that around where I live, there's tons of ways to fix N64s. My local retro gaming shop seemed to have no problem fixing NES, SNES, or N64s, but wouldn't touch my Wii. They were the ones who said I needed to send it back to Nintendo.

Whatever you do, count me in. I like all Nintendo game series from Mario to Kirby, just no Goldeneye!

I don't think anybody classes Golden eye as a Nintendo Game series, maybe a Nintendo game, but not a series.

But couldn't you have transformed the data for Wii U, I assume you've got one, if not then, if you eventually decided to buy it and got your old Wii back...

Super Smash Bros. Brawl kicked ass! wayyyyyyyyyy better then melee because of the story mode. This game just had it all multiplayer, singleplayer, demos, minigames, collectables, etc. Hopefully the new smash bros will be awesome!

I have never been disappointed by a Smash Bros game.

I'm not sure why but Culex and the Shadow Queen look as if they are brother and sister.

Phantamanta is annoying.

The final boss music of the last two Mario and Luigi games are amazing.

Geno deserves his own solo adventure.

Super Mario RPG should be updated with the art style of Super Mario Galaxy, and the level cap should be raised to 100.

Smithy should be a recurring villain.
