My parents/doctor say that i need a physical activity. Help me find one, please.
Note
- I'm not fat, or anything, i'm just lazy.
- I'm 5'11, and 160lbs.
- I don't like team sports
- I don't like sweating
- I live in Southern America, so no Skiing or ice anything.

Your doctor said to get in some physical activity, and that's what you need to do. The easiest physical activities are cardio, weight lifting, and martial arts. You already do martial arts, meaning that you can choose between weight lifting or cardio. Beggars can't be choosers.

error, i claim that i AM lazy. it's in the 1st post.

Ok serious then... I have no idea how heavy 160 lbs is in kg though, so I guess I'll assume you're not fat...

Anyway, you could try taking up Table Tennis somewhat seriously- it requires little running around, yet can be fairly active, and mainly relies on good hand-eye coordination, which I'm sure you have, at least.
