My theory
At the end, the monster/man offers him life, but the way he holds his hand out.... its not a "come with me", its a "pay up" hand style. In the end, it was pretty much like the original scenario- He couldn't save his own life because he had nothing to give.... Awesome movie.

Pretty scary. At first, i thought the tumor was causing the images, but in the end, it turns out they were all real. Great work, and i need more videos like this. They're just perfect. Dude, Good job!

that was awesome both parts the description of the movie sorta gives away the ending of a tumor, but I like how you showed he was just wasting life.
