I like it. Great game with the exception of one minor detail. Ants do actually follow the path of the first ant to get to the food, because they follow the scent trail the first ant leaves behind. So yes, the trail would be sporadic, but it would still be a trail. However, they could still stray from the trail, just not to the point where they make their own trails. Their paths would end up a lot more condensed, resulting in a horde you might expect to find outside at a picnic.
Sorry for such a long explanation of a small change.
I like that the cake teleports back to the plate after you kill the ant carrying it. Unlike most games like this where the objective inches farther and farther from its "plate."
