It may have final fantasy sprites and sounds, but it doesn't feel like final fantasy at all. For one thing, many things that the characters say make no sense at all. Gestahl says something like this in the beginning, "Normally I don't trust my lowly knights, but you are getting out of hand, so you need to prove your loyalty to me."
Okay, so is he saying Setzer is a lowly knight? Since when? If he is a lowly knight of the empire, then when the hell does this movie take place? I don't remember Setzer being a dog of the empire, he was the free-willed type, not some weak two-faced ass-kisser. The sentence that Gestahl said also makes no sense in the fact that since Gestahl doesn't normally trust his knights, why is Setzer the only one that has to prove himself?
Further inconsistencies would be the fact that Celes would never say she was on the empire's side because she was on the "winning team." She would not laugh maniacally like that either... She sounds a lot more like Kefka then she does Celes.
How come Setzer doesn't know who Celes is, but Sabin knows who Celes is?
Shadow is also more of a loner who doesn't talk so much. He reveals way too much in this flash movie.
Why is Cecil and Frog in this movie?

I just watched FF part 2... most everything gets cleared up, except the problem is that they *know* they were brainwashed. People that are brainwashed usually don't know it... and beating them Locke senselessly doesn't sound like it should fix brainwashing, since brainwashing is about the mind and not about physical pain. Even though everything gets cleared up, the characters are still butchered. You should also add a preloader or something. The main problem is the storyline though.

Cecil should be a no brainer...FINAL FANTASY. Frog, while not a final fantasy character he was made by the same company. Im sorry im so pissed off..normally i would be happy with a review like this BUT IM GETTING MASS BLAMMED BY A GROUP OF FAGOTS THAT HATE ME. How do i know this? I re-released "Final Fantasy" part five that movie was removed with a 3.56...now it has a 3.31...and thats bullshit. I cant help it that im better than most people at flash...And I dont care if i didnt strike thier personalities you are a freaking nerd to care this much.
