It's seemless to a large degree, but the transitions and jpeg quality could use some work. Have you tried re-drawing the bgs and stuff with the line tool before? Or is it too hard? If it is, I can sympathize, re-drawing pixels to make them vector is tough work without special plugins.
Nice job overall, I love the battle system and walking too.
