The Final Dare

Oh, hello. This is my first submission for 2008 and I have to say, I'm pretty glad I managed to finish this. It's not that it took ages to make - it didn't - it's just that I kept on postponing it for such a long time and finally, I finished it off. Sorry for the massive filesize. At least it's not as big as it would be if I used Megadeth's 'Hangar 18' for the introduction.
This game is a finale to my series 'Dared'. I advise that you play the other Dared games, first.

I hope you enjoy this game. If there are any glitches (which I hope not because I spent an hour trying to fix them all) tell me in your review what they are. Leave a review and vote, please. I'll respond most reviews, if not all.

Play, and find out the important truth behind life.

REALLY REALLY strange. I guess I just don't like point and clicks.

Mechabloby responds:

Ah, that's a shame. Well, thanks for the review. :)

well i was confused the whole game. i didint get the story at all

Mechabloby responds:

Ah well, from reading alot of these reviews, it seems like nobody's got the whole hidden message behind this game, anyways.

The game is different, nice concept, but I got really annoyed at the game once I realized you had to move around using buttons. I think that the game would have been much better if you took a different approach to making the game. Nonetheless I kind of liked it.

Mechabloby responds:

Any suggestions for a different approach?

I was thinking - instead of buttons - you click areas of the room and they take you somewhere. Either that or maybe there is a map. Ah, well. We'll see what the future brings for us.

I either just didn't get it, or there is nothing really to get. I played twice, so I could change my options, but got nowhere. I JUST DON'T GET IT?!!!?

Mechabloby responds:

I tried to make a hidden plot which you may find out with the ending line 'You live in a world of deception' or something like that. >.<

Alot of people have reviewed to say there was no plot or they couldn't find it so I guess I hid it too well. :(

Diddnt get it.

Im not stupid or anything. But I did find codes, like a "W_" Flashing on the screen and on the computer screen in one of the rooms it had mor letters.

Is this ment to say that. Truth is not ment for mortal eyes. Or is something comming for us?

Mechabloby responds:

It's more along the lines of how the government will hide the truth from us if they believe we're not ready for it. I've tried to relate this to real life issues and such but people just completely miss it and say it has no real plot. Ah well.
