I would watch this series all the time when I was 8. Good times. I can quote this whole thing even though I haven't seen it in over 11 years. I'm so glad I found this again.

With the help of Vegetta, Goku is finally on the road to recovery. But just when things seem to be looking up for our hero, who should appear on the scene but a rabid Arnold Schwarzenegger! Can the two saiyans hold off the ageing professional bodybuilder / movie star / governor? Or will the encounter send Goku spiralling back into alchoholism?
LOL I like the animation the best. Great job with the exagerated arm muscles and over the top character voices! It could be a bit longer but nevertheless, the content made me crack up.
