There's a charm to the silliness and absurdity of the scenario. Fun one to come back to every once in a while.
This is a spoof about a video game character put in a real world situation. It is about Guile, a character from the Street Fighter fighting games.
While gifted with the talents of acrobatics and propulsion of sonic projectiles from his arms, Guile has his limitations. The designers of Street Fighter 2 only allowed for Guile to be able to yell "Sonic Boom!" To make matters worse, he is also trapped in his army base stage from the game with a mindless audience that cheers for him and anyone else that he may encounter. However, he is unable to grasp this and seems to be more concerned with his hair-do.
The events in the animation take place sometime after the game is over. Guile has been reunited with his wife after taking part in the Street Fighter tournament. To him, all seems well. He has a wife, a group of friends devoted to him, his own rocking soundtrack, and a place to call his own. Unfortunately, his wife is unhappy and has started seeing another video game character that he hasn't seen since the tournament ended.

Wow, your joke wasn't that great!!!
How is this even funny? Guile speaks perfectly in the games
Oh My Gosh.....Whoever Made this is Freaking Awesome.....It may Not be Completely Perfect when it Comes to Frame Rate, but I still Laughed Really Hard when I Realized he wouldn't Stop saying Sonic Boom. I'll have to Check Out Your Stuff Sometime :)
