Best of September, Audio Contest!

Attention winners for Best of August - your prize packs are shipping out tomorrow!

Before I announce the winners for best of September, I wanted to point out this great contest that has been organized by Rucklo in the Audio Portal!

With Christmas approaching, many Flash artists will be looking for Christmas music to fill out their games and movies. This is where the Audio Portal comes in, as a free resource for music by members of the community! Musicians are invited to submit their Christmas-themed music to the Audio Portal this month, after which five winners will be selected. The five best submissions will each receive a Newgrounds t-shirt and some stickers. The best original song (meaning not a cover / remake of an existing Christmas song) will receive $250, along with the t-shirt and stickers!

Please read the contest page for more information. The contest thread also serves as a collection of submissions as well as a place for Flash artists to request songs for specific projects.

Be sure to check out the results of the previous contest, where musicians composed original music for Tankmen! You'll have to scroll down a bit on that page to see the results, posted by Rucklo.
