I've been unable to find the AI tagged song despite searching. I've reopened your appeal. What you can do now is thoroughly lay out where your samples came from, if they are royalty free, and approximately how much of the song is your own work, versus how much of it is loops and samples. Be specific about which elements you composed yourself or wrote. We have a semi-strict rule that 50% of your submission should be your own production, composition, and arrangement.

If the song itself is licensed royalty free, meaning you have the right to use it for commercial use, you can upload yourself rapping on it, provided you don't break any other portal rules. It's very possible the artist has distributed this beat to digital streaming services. which will cause the copyright checker to snag on it. All you need to do in a case like that is show the artist's free-for-use license in your appeal.
