Raid went pretty well I guess. The guy woke up before we got there and added 10 Light Lasers to his defenses and fleetsaved. Thankfully the only losses were on WilltheMagicAsian's side since he didn't bother to upgrade any of his ships. So really its his own fault.

For everyone else, there was some profit. And my ship the NGN Alerac has seen its first battle. Woop!

Unfortunately for me I did not see a whole lot of profit aside from Crystal still worth it though, helped me get another Hyperdrive research.

I always manage to fuck up the first couple hours of RTS games but I got a hold of it now wont take me long to get some ships up and running.

Is there a minimum requirement I have to have before you guys let me in on a raid? I definitely need a new source of income.

Why the NGS alliance is awesome? Because they got the most awsome ranked member in it ( shamely my awesome progression rate will make me lose the position )

Raid shit yourself. I have 2 inactive players that I raid all by myself.

I don't have any inactives in my galaxy. The weakest player is in the 500's. But I guess I'll just start exploring and trying to find other inactives I can raid.

Planet Cyssor has been colonized and my newest Cruiser has been built as well.

My flagship now has a sister, The NGN Baldur. Woop woop.

So I've been spending the past two days raiding people who have been inactive for a few days without any defences to get a bunch of resources together so I can research some of the better stuff like Ion research so I can start to produce a few cruisers. The only thing is that I keep running out of crystals really quickly so I can't research as much as I would want. Mainly because when I raid people I get about 3x's more metal than crystals... so I have put it to good use and started to upgrade my defences and to also pump out a few more cargo ships. Going well at the moment so here's hoping it stays that way.

started attacking planets with defenses - sadly on my first one I underestimated the amount I would need to match their defenses - thought it woukld be equal - apparently not - so ive lost about 3 cargo ships in the process - but no matter - now I obliterate anything in my path. Espionage probes are def. useful for that.

raiding is essential to get ahead. The resources take too long to accumulate.
