it was too easy

common an boss with one hit killed with the voit thats spell is just too powerfull

Awesome game

I found the game to be really enjoyable, once you figure out the timing for the combos/parry/dodge, etc. the enemies aren't hard to beat. I think other players who've experienced issues hitting combos either haven't stuck with trying to learn the timing or have P.O.S computers. Hell, I'm even playing this on IE with no problems!

Haven't finished the game, but the alchemist's explanation of the events is BOSS. Loved the graphics in that part especially.

Anyway, keep up the good work, I look forward to future installments of the SOL series!

All those bugs aside, i enjoyed it.
And nice music too.

Issues right off

I really don't have much to go on as it's very hard to get beyond the first couple of screens.

Combos: Way too hard to trigger. Sure, they shouldn't be too easy, but if you can't hit melee combos reliably, you're dead.

Parry: Almost always succeeds you say? So far, failed every single one of the dozen or so times I've tried.

Given this, at the outset you are facing fighting skeletons that are a very close match for you trading blows. You can't heal except for two strawberries, and once you're out of those, nothing left.

So what are you supposed to do? I keep trying and no matter what I can't get past the first few screens of skeletons.

Looks like it _could_ be good, so I've given it a 5. Love to be able to see more so I could actually rate it and hopefully enjoy the entire game!

Parries don't work against magical & long range attacks! You can, however block *almost* anything, including those skeleton guys, with your shield. And if you just can't seem to get the melee combo, the bow works very well against the skeletons, and in fact does slightly more damage than the full combo with the starting sword.

Sorry you had a hard time with it, I guess =/
