That´s what made his voice cool :P It adds to his character IMO.

A Skypirate with a British aristocrats voice that flys around with a pretty damn hot, skimpily clad rabbit-girl shooting stuff is pretty cool in my books.

She's useful because of her mix ability.

I can see that, but I was never motivated to use her as one of my main characters until last night. Now I'm trying to raise her stats. I'll need to add more Accuracy Spheres, HP spheres and Luck Spheres and my characters should have good enough stats to beat the rest of the dark aeons.

I couldn't agree more, and that's why I find him to be the best character in the game. Then again, the majority of those that have played FFXII say that.

Fran is ugly in my opinion and I strongly dislike her voice.

Managed to defeat Dark Bahamut without Zanmato. Now to try and kick Dark Yojimbo's ass five times. Oh, and I plan to play FFVII again soon. :)

I never liked her voice either. I thought she talked like a retard.

She wasn´t that ugly. Though she did have 2 different faces - in the cutscenes she had a different face to that in the FMVs.

But yeah, her voice was pretty gay, but what kind of a voice would you expect from a vienna rabbit person?

I liked her voice.

It reminded me of Bjork.

Two things:

1. Shameless promotion, but I finished writing up my least favourite to most loved FF games. And yes, the whole thing IS over 12500 words long.
2. I managed to defeat Dark Yojimbo and Dark Anima last night. I'm still laughing at my friend claiming it was impossible to beat Dark Yojimbo without Zanmato when I did it with ease. Dark Anima, however, wasn't too bad for me. I just kept attacking her and summoned Aeons whenever she was about to use Oblivion. So now I'm left with Dark Magus Sisters and then it'll be time to face Penance. :)

I don´t have time to read through all that now, but i´m glad to see FFVII at the top of the list :D

Stop me if I'm being a slowpoke, but here it goes. Terra, and Bartz are going in Dissidia. Which is fucking GAR. consider that Terra is a great character and that Final Fantasy VI is my favourite game ever. And Bartz being from the first FF games i've managed to beat and he's quite funny.

STILL SQUARE I'M WAITING FOR GILGAMESH!!!

Response to Final Fantasy Club 2008-10-27 05:50:10

I totally forgot about Dissidia. Terra will be a good addition to it :D

I understand. I did write a fucking lot for the FF game and I don't expect everyone to be able to read it all. However, glad you liked FFVII being at the top. :)

I defeated Dark Magus Sisters, but still need to beat Penance. However, I'm gonna let Penance wait until some other time. Right now, I'm playing through the Silent Hill games and then I'll restart FFVII. :D Can't wait until I play it again.

I keep forgetting about that game for some reason. However, I won't easily forget it from now on if I keep remember Kefka's appearance on it.

I didn't like VIII being second to last.
And I found it silly that one of FFX criticisms was X-2. It's not X's fault that X-2 was shit.

Those are my only criticisms, the first is just opinion I really want to take issue with the second.

That's fine. There was bound to be someone not happy with it being low down on the list.

I had to mention X-2 somewhere, so I thought putting it right there was appropriate. The problem with X was that the ending made way for a sequel and if they had a different ending, there would have been absolutely no point making FFX-2.

Mention X-2 in X-2. They made FFX's ending before it became a huge success, and even if they did want a sequal to come out of it, its not X's fault that the sequel was crap.

It's like saying The Black Album is shit because it made Metallica famous and meant they could release St. Anger years later.

I started playing FFVII again last Saturday. I'm only at the part where you're about to meet Red XIII for the first time, but it's still great to go through everything again! Also, for this FFVII save, I'm gonna try and get the Barret date scene to see what happens. Usually, I get either Aeris or Tifa, so I'd like to see something different this time.

This is when you face them for the first time? If so, nice. :) I haven't been able to beat them in that tournament, but I'd rather progress with the game than to try and beat those fuckers.

So I started playing FFVII Crisis Core.

It's uh... It's not really very good.

The story is quite bad (so far), and every single moment of the game feels like fan service.

"Oh hey, let's have Yuffie show up for no reason!"
"Oh wow, so it was ZACK who gave Aeris that ribbon."
"Oh look, everybody's got one wing."
etc. etc.

Also, the battle system very rarely amounts to anything more than me pressing X a bunch of times. It feels like it should be fast paced, but the fact that every time I try to attack Zack has to run to the enemy before swinging his sword eliminates all skill.

I didn't find any dud voices in the game.

Are you serious? This is basically the voice-acting in FFXII:

*gasp* *annoyingly loud gasp* *pant, pant, pant*. Jesus Christ, if I wanted gasping or panting, I'd watch some porn.
It's still quite a good game though.

On a more serious note, I ordered FFVIII a couple of hours ago, paid like 17,50 for it, lol. It's still my alltime favourite FF, followed by FFIX.

Meh.

Sorry to disappoint you, but that was never said in the game. Oh well, despite that, it was still a very humourous scene. Not sure if you were on Stickam chat at the time, but people heard me laughing my ass off at the scene.

Crisis core was lacking in many aspects the whole "initiating combat phase" "conflict resolved" thing really started to get on my nerves fast. I didn't really care for the whole levelling slot machine thing either , fights got to the point where you just spammed firaga then moved on. Fighting with an umbrella and in boardshorts was the highlight of that game.
