You can't, civilian. You need to earn 2,500 B/P first. Try out for the NGDoD first, then go for the NGPD when you have the B/P required for them. Sooner or later you will qualify for us.

If you haven't uploaded anything on NG, I'm not sure how good it would be. I'd say hold off on submitting something, and just practice in flash; fool around until you get used to doing actionscript and drawing.

On a different note, I shopped all day today! I feel like such an emo because I got around 5 pairs of jeans...THAT ARE TIGHT! I mean they are really tight as in cool, but also crunch my balls into a compact form that I never knew existed. It is OK though because I didn't get them at Hot Topic, but at American Eagle. However, I then went to Hot Topic and got some awesome band tee-shirts. My mom probably spent around $750 on clothes for me today; as well as $250 on my sister and $500 for the house decorations.

Today was a long day and I am catching a cold, so I better be off to sleep.

At this time you're not a high enough B/p level you need 2,500 B/ps to get in. But you can help by voting fairly on all submissions and not for B/p points.

First of all, to join the Elite Guard Barracks you need to have at least 2,500 B/P points to have a rank of Elite Guard.

But for now you could join other Blam and Protection crews like the Newgrounds Police Headquarters and the newgrounds departement of defense.

I can do both :P She sits down and does some painting, I'll sit in front of the computer. There's no privacy in her house, as her Mum spends most of her time on the sofa, recovering. I'm making the best of a bad situation and the cooking's better at her place than mine :P

My girlfriend understands the joy of free time. She gets enough of it, being unemployed, while I work 35+ hours per week and go to the gym for about 8 hours on top of that.

The occasional half-hour to hit the portal and catch up with a few reviews is all I really need. Sometimes, she even watches the flash I show her - she's into Blockhead, Skullhead and Brackenwood. She has been known to laugh disapprovingly at Tankmen :P
