In a week or so. We'll have to upgrade the Medals system to only being every 3000 or 5000. I mean within seven days, I'm sure at least 5 or 6 games will be added to the Enabled list. But I think very shortly 1000 Medal Points will be as easy as writing 10 BBS Posts.

Seeing as for Pico Day ANYONE can use the Medals in their work, up to a maximum of 500 points (provided they get approved ala Tom's blog) I reckon that by the end of the day the max points achievable will have exceeded 10,000. Sounds crazy, but just 12 more games with ~500 points would do it, which given the number of PD flashes that'll be submitted isn't an unreasonable amount.

I just never want to let it hit the stage where literally anyone can use them. Even those with crappy games or movies. I think having only 5 quality games added a month would be better than having 50 crappy ones added a week. Other than that - Bring on the Medals!

I think I have to agree with this.

I would have preferred it if only staff submissions could get medals and a select few artists like Luis and AfroNinja. Like you said, I don´t want 10 crappy new medal games every day. Just one a week or one a month would be okay with me.

I think for Pico day He'll only let a maximum of say 30 Games get medals accepted. But, This is still only early stages. It could soon get to the stage where the script is handed out to everyone, And its a big gay fest. I hope he keeps it very exclusive.

Well for the longest time I didn't include it because it was too simple and arbitrary. However, now I personally have been doing half of the total amount possible; 2,000. I think that's fair enough at the moment.

Yeah, although I was on holiday when the redesign was launched, so I didn't witness the LUL being flooded with level up achievements back then.

I know. But after giving FU medals, I mistrust them a bit on testing games properly before releasing medals to it =/ And I´m afraid we´re gonna see more medals for crappy games like that if they´re gonna come out to the general public.
